1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., supplements, personal care products, clearance items, and gift cards) are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Safely repackage the item in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your return or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be made for the same product in a different size, style, or for another item of equal value (subject to availability).
  • If the new product costs more, the customer will be responsible for the price difference.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
